ranging from 6 to 40mm these LED video displays are constructed in a
modular fashion enabling them to be assembled into large scale video
screens. The IMPOSA module is a lightweight panel in a standard die
cast cabinet, precise in dimension, elegant in appearance and solid in
structure. The outdoor version can be used under all weather
conditions. The IMPOSA cabinet utilises standard installation
structures and accessories are provided to make the installation simple
and convenient. For rental or event applications, a special
precision engineered mounting mechanism can be provided for fast and
accurate installation. The
IMPOSA standard cabinet can be used with modules of different pixel
pitches ranging from 6mm to 12mm for indoor use and 10 to 40mm for
outdoor. These LED video displays are constructed in a modular
fashion enabling them to be assembled into large scale video screens. The
display is compatible with several system configurations, it can
display contents asynchronously, VGA images synchronously and video
images independently depending on application. It is built with
an excellent software package with a user friendly software interface
that is easy and convenient to operate. A typical video
display system is composed of a LED panel, a PSU (power supply unit), a
signal distributor unit, a video processing unit, a computer, an LCD
monitor and video source equipment. If the system is to be
used solely as a synchronous VGA display, then there is no need for
video equipment or video processing unit, just a VGA card. If it
is used as an asynchronous display, then there is no need for computer
end equipment. The computer is connected to the signal
distributor unit by Ethernet (preferably) or RS485. Long distance
control or wireless control is available if required. The
video processing unit is specially designed for these synchronic LED
displays. It is an image processor that can scale the VGA or
video input to fit the display resolution. It also performs the
signal selection from a choice of CVBS, S-Video, YPrPb, DVI 1.0 and
analog VGA inputs. The design features high precision A/D
conversion and automatic noise reduction, there is a choice of
interlaced or progressive scanning and the output produces excellent
video quality with high definition. NTSC, PAL and SECAM signals
are supported. Automatic and manual brightness adjustment
are provided and the colour temperature can be defined and selected by
the user. Connection to the signal distribution unit is by fiber
optic cable allowing the unit to be situated up to 500m from the
display. |
