Telefax offer a maintenance agreement giving cover for labour during the first 12 months and a parts and labour extended warranty for subsequent years. The initial agreement usually runs for three years and is renewable annually thereafter for the lifetime of the displays. Maintenance can be arranged outside working hours to avoid disrupting the normal office routine if required. Varying levels of maintenance agreement are available including 24/7 and specified response times for operations critical displays. Telefax software is supported by an e-mail support service, or for an annual support fee access to our office hours help desk is available. The annual fee also covers the provision of software upgrades where required to suit migration to the latest operating systems.
