LED Clock Displays

LED displays are ideal for use as highly visible clocks. They can be used to show local time, where the large character sizes available make them highly visible over long distances. They can be used as multi-zonal ‘world clocks’ showing a range of times in selected cities around the world. For a company trading multi-nationally it is essential to be able to see the time in other countries where business is transacted.

With Telefax software you can choose which time zones to display, you can alter the colour of the clock depending on the time, say to show when the market in that city is open for trading. You can show other pertinent information along with the time, like the trading index for the major exchange in that country/city. You can have different time zones and information displayed at different times of day to suit your needs.

The time is sourced from the PCs clock, which can be synchronised with your network time or an external time standard, ensuring accuracy throughout the year with automatic adjustment for daylight savings time in all the time zones.

Large scale LCD and plasma displays can also be used, a map of the world could form the background with the time in selected cities shown. Any pertinent information relating to that location can then be shown adjacent to the time, giving at a glance availability of information.
